We had to setup the form because PayPal doesn't know how to process a $0 order.... Your Name Your Email If you registered as a couple, we need to know your spouse's name, as you want it to appear on their name tag. This was on the order form, but it doesn't always come through PayPal correctly. If you registered any children, we would also like their names (as you want them to appear on their name tags).
