BVBeeks Bee School - Vendor Registration
The 2024 Brazos Valley Beekeepers Association Fall Bee School will be held on Saturday, September 14, 2024, at First Baptist Bryan, and we are excited to invite you to join us on that day in supporting our Youth Beekeeping Program!
▪ Vendor Registration: Thank you to vendors who have already paid and emailed a completed vendor registration form - you are already registered and don't need to submit this online form!
▪ $50 Table & Lunch: We have vendor booth space available, first come, first served. Space is $50 and includes one Table and one Fajita Lunch; additional tables are available for $50. Table fees can also be paid through a donation of item(s) of in-kind value to the Youth Program Fundraising Raffle.
▪ Raffle: The raffle will be run a bit differently this year in that we will have a school closing session. During that closing, we will recognize all of our vendors and their donations, prior to pulling the winning tickets. If your item to be donated is something that cannot be redeemed/received to take home at the school (i.e. bee hive, spring nuc, package of bees, training, etc), we ask that you provide a signed "voucher" with a date of redemption to the winner at the time of the drawing and specific instruction on when and how to redeem (voucher download link).
▪ Lunches: Additional lunch tickets will be available for $15 each and can be purchased below.
▪ Catalog Ad: The Bee School Catalog has ad space available to every vendor below. Even if you are unable to join us due to prior commitments, please consider purchasing ad space in our catalog that attendees will have to use that day and take home for future reference. Art should be camera-ready, and provided in a high resolution (.eps, .jpg, .pdf, or .png). Layout templates are available upon request. Rates for ad space in the catalog are as follows and will be due on or before August 15th:
- Full page = $150
- Half page = $100
- Quarter page = $75
- Business card size = $50
▪ Vendor Schedule:
- Move-in: Fri Sep 13 from Noon - 4 pm
- Event Hours: Sat Sep 14 from 7:30 am - 4:30 pm
- Move-out: Sat Sep 14 from 5 - 6 pm
