BVBeeks Christmas Party - 2025

The December club meeting will be our annual December Christmas party -  the date will be Tuesday, December 16, and begin around 6:30pm.   After the brief business meeting (officer elections), the party will begin.  The club is providing a main course; club members are asked to provide other sides (veggies, chips, guacamole, etc), drinks, or desserts.   There is a sign-up sheet that we ask everyone who is coming to please sign for an RSVP so we know how much food to cook - Online Potluck Signup sheet

At the business meeting we will be holding our annual Board of Directors elections.  The nominees for the positions being elected this year are:

• Vice-President:
• Treasurer:
• One member-at-large position:

Following the food will be the gift exchange ($20-$25 "nice" gift).  We will be playing our traditional "stealing game".  Kids are welcome to participate - just be aware that they may go home with something for you (which is not necessarily a bad thing!).

The party location will be at College Station City Hall: 1101 Texas Ave, College Station, TX 77840
